Near Ottawa & Kingston, Ontario Canada

Centrally located in the heartland of the Land O` Lakes Region of Ontario,

The Oaks Cottages lie on the North shore of Crow Lake.

Crow Lake can be viewed from the Lookout at The Oaks Resort.

If you are looking for a piece of heaven, the serenity of abounding nature, crisp, fresh air, a cozy beach, two diamond sparkled lakes and a great Ontario fishing camp, you will find this and much, much more during your stay. Take a nature hike at nearby Meisel Woods Conservation Area or trek the nearby K&P Trail by foot or bike.

Book our Housekeeping Cabins – Cottages – or Premium Lake House Accommodation and experience our Lake Trout designated lake. Only 1% of Ontario lakes have this designation by the Ministry of Natural Resources. Lake Trout thrive in our cold, deep, clean water. With 800 km of shoreline between Crow and Bob’s Lake you will have unlimited opportunity to fish Lake Trout, Walleye (Pickerel), Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Whitefish and Pan fish fishing.

Our clean and comfortable cottages are lakefront or lakeview with fully equipped modern kitchens and many amenities. Cottages are 2 or 3 bedroom, sleeping 4 or 6 persons. See our Cottage Photo Gallery. All accommodation units have excellent views of the lake and wait until you view the unhindered night sky.

Near Kingston (60 min.) and Ottawa (90 min.) we are close enough for a weekend, weekly stay or even longer. Families love our children's playground, generous sand beach and water sport activities. Anglers love the variety of excellent fishing in Bob's and Crow Lake and those who just want rest and relaxation enjoy the tranquility of Crow Lake and cottage living! If you play golf you will find 4 quality golf courses within a short drive plus nearby shopping in Westport and Perth.

Under NEW MANAGEMENT since 2012, Karen & Dan Lahey have finessed the Ontario cottage experience for new and returning guests, families, couples and those who enjoy the solitude cottage country offers.

The Oak’s seven Housekeeping Cottages are steps away from spectacular Crow Lake and a boat ride from adjoining Bob’s Lake.

The Frontenac K&P Trail was originally a railway line that operated in eastern Ontario but was abandoned by its owner, Canadian Pacific Railway, between 1962 and 1986 and ran from Kingston to Renfrew, Ontario. The trail follows, as much as possible, the former K&P Railway Company line and creating loops, linking to regional trail systems.
